1.      How I can be a member?

By clicking the "SIGN UP" link on the home page of www.vaneda.com, you can fill out the membership form, become a member immediately and start shopping. You do not have to pay any fee to become a member of our site.

3.      Can I shop without being a member?

Without being a member you can visit our website and make your order on vaneda.com

 

4.      How can I update my member profile?

After logging in to vaneda.com with your username and password, you can update your membership information in the "MY ACCOUNT/MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION" section.

 

5.      I forgot my password what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'I FORGOT MY PASSWORD' link in the member login section and type the e-mail address you specified when signing up in the box on the next page.

 

6.      Can I edit my order?

Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made within the order. If you want to make a change in your order, the payment for your order will be refunded by canceling your order before it is shipped. Then you need to create a new order again. If your order has been shipped, you must send the products to us with a return/exchange request.

 

7.      Which payment methods are valid for my shop?

You can pay for your orders by Credit Card, Debit Card, Money Order/EFT.

9.      What should I do after making my money transfer/EFT payment?

After your payment, you can send your swift via email to info@vaneda.com

 

10.  How many days I can receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within  3 business days after your payment is confirmed. During special days and weeks and public holidays, product deliveries may be delayed by 1 to 3 days.

 

11.  Is Vat is included to basket amount?

All products prices are VAT included. You will see VAT amount on invoice as mentioned with %8

 

12.  What is a long distance sales contract and preliminary information form?

These are legal texts designed to protect the consumer in  sales such as online shopping, and which the consumer must read and approve before placing his or her order.

 

13.  How can I cancel my order?

After placing your order on www.vaneda.com, if your product has not been packaged yet, you can send us a cancellation request for your order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the "My Account/My Orders" section. Your order will be canceled within the day and payment back accordingly

 

14.  Do you have wholesales on website?

15.  Which cargo company you are working with?

We deliver our products via Yurtiçi Cargo. Likewise, you can send your returns to us via Yurtiçi Kargo.

 

16.  How much is the cargo freight surcharge?

We provide free shipping for your orders of 200 TL and above.

 

17.  If I received missing items on my order what should I do?

18.  When I can receive my cargo?

Once the payment for your order is approved, your product will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days. After your product is delivered to cargo, the delivery time varies between 1 and 3 days, depending on your region. For detailed information about delivery times, you can call Yurtiçi Kargo customer services at 444 99 99.

 

19.  Do you have delivery during National holiday dates?

Delivery is not made on public holidays.

 

20.  Can I change the recipient name of my order?

The recipient name given during the order cannot be changed later.
