USE AND
MAINTENANCE GUIDE AND DAMAGED RETURN CONDITIONS
v Use
and Maintenance Guide
1.
When buying the shoes, try the right and left
shoes together. Shoes that squeeze your feet should never be bought.
2.
Your shoes should be the right size for your
feet. Shoes that are too small for the feet cause problems such as premature
deformation and lining tear.
3.
The sweat absorbed by the shoe evaporates in 24
hours. Therefore, wearing your shoes every 2 days will allow you to use them
for a longer time.
4.
Wet shoes should be dried at room temperature
and filled with absorbent material, not near a fire or under the sun, heating,
sunlight, etc. Drying processes such as this may cause loosening of the
adhesion areas of the shoes, cracking of the leather, stains and deformities.
After the leather boots are cleaned and dried, a natural or matching polish
should be applied to prevent the leather from drying out. Do not allow your
boots to come into contact with chemical materials in any way.
5.
When the shoes are muddy or dirty, they should
be cleaned with a slightly textile- Suede, nubuck etc. Cleaning must be done
with brush, eraser and care products. Silicone-based sprays should not be used.
With regular maintenance, you can use your boots for longer. After usage, clean
your boots thoroughly with a clean textile and let them dry at normal room
temperature.
6.
Suede and nubuck leather boots should be combed
in one direction with a suede brush. You can do this with a brush specially
produced for suede and nubuck leather.
If there are stains even after brushing, you can use a suede and nubuck
eraser. After the wiping process is completed, you can spray your boots with
suede nubuck protection spray. Suede shoes should be cleaned with a suede brush
or eraser.
7.
Leather shoes should be polished in their own
color or with a natural polish.
8.
Nubuck shoes should be cleaned with a nubuck
eraser or a soft sponge.
9.
Shoes should be ventilated against possible
odors. When not in use, store your boots in a dry, cool and well-ventilated
place. To prevent deformation, shoes should be molded while resting or storing.
10. Shoes
should not be kept in humid environments.
11. Shoes
should never be washed in a washing machine or by hand. Bleach, detergent, etc.
It should not be cleaned with other materials.
12. You
should use your shoes in conditions appropriate to their structure and purpose.
Shoes used in unintended areas and situations will wear out in a short time and
may cause irreparable deformations.
13. Be
sure to unlace your shoes and wear them without stepping on the back (fort)
parts (your shoes cannot be interfered with in any way after the fort damages.)
14. Wrinkles
and stretching may occur on the leather of your shoes, depending on the
structure of your foot and how you use it. These wrinkles and stretches will
increase with each flexing (twisting) of the foot. It is recommended that you
use appropriate molds to prevent deformations on your shoes.
15. It
is recommended that daily lifestyle leather, suede and nubuck shoes should not
be used in snowy and rainy environments, and only rubber and rubber-soled shoes
should be used.
16. We
must wear shoes using a shoehorn. Products that are tried to be worn with your
hand or by stepping on them may cause tearing at the heel, dorsal breakage,
stitching removal, and deformation of the skin.
17. Do
not use silicone sponge or liquid paint to shine your shoes. It shortens the
life of the leather and causes it to dry and crack.
18. Linen
products should be hand washed in cold water. Bleach, brightener should not be
used and should not be machine washed.
19. The
shoes may squeeze or hit the foot during the first few wearings until they
adapt to the foot. Therefore, before going out with new shoes, it is useful to
try them on at home a few times.
20. Shoes
with synthetic material in the inner lining are likely to cause odor and absorb
water.
21. Unprocessed
natural leather and light colored products (Mink, Gray, Blue, Green, Red,
Yellow, etc.) may experience darkening in color after dyeing and maintenance.
22. Stains
that cannot be removed on the shoes due to excessive sweating of the feet are
not a manufacturing defect.
23. Leather
is a natural product, it breathes and has natural flexibility. Inequalities of
the leather, such as color differences, pore stains and thorn marks, are not
quality defects but document the naturalness of the product.
24. Do
not keep your shoes in a plastic bag, do not keep them in strong light or
intense sunlight for a long time. Otherwise, you may experience color changes
or fading. The sun can cause discoloration of the leather on shoes.
25. Sweaty
feet and snow can cause saltiness on the skin and cause stains that cannot be
removed.
26. Have
your dirty or stained shoes cleaned only by certified expert cleaners.
27. In
shoes with hand-stitched uppers (so-called saddlery), the shoes may get water
from the seams. Therefore, this type of shoes should be avoided in puddles as
much as possible in winter and rainy weather.
28. Boots
and boots with zippers may catch water from the zipper area. Therefore, with
this type of shoes, one should not enter puddles that will reach the level of
the zipper.
29. It
should not be forgotten that any shoe that does not have a "waterproof
feature" statement on it may pass water in the rain.
30. In
shoes using leather, called "Crazy" (where cowhide is used and not
processed in order not to spoil the natural appearance of the leather), there
may be differences in the colors of the right and left soles of the same shoe.
This situation is characteristic of the skin; It is not an error.
31. The
soles may damage the skin due to the shoes rubbing against each other while
walking ; It can even stain the leather from time to time in light-colored
shoes. It is not normal for shoes to rub against each other in walking
physiology. The user is responsible for any wear and tear resulting from such
habits. Friction, impact etc. These reasons are not considered as manufacturing
defects.
32. Linen
products may discolour due to reasons such as being left wet and damp, contact
with sea water, cleaning and polishing substances used and applied, and
constant use without socks on excessively sweaty feet.
33. The
product laces must be tied properly and the foot must remain motionless inside
the product. Otherwise, the inner fort lining of the product may tear, and the
fort tires may break and deform from the inside to the outside.
34. Due
to the anatomical structure of the foot, there may be sideways expansion and
wrinkles in leather, suede and linen products.
35. The
product you have purchased is suitable for daily use and is not designed for
