After logging in to vaneda.com with your username and
password, you can update your membership information in the "MY
ACCOUNT/MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION" section.

I forgot my password what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'I
FORGOT MY PASSWORD' link in the member login section and type the e-mail
address you specified when signing up in the box on the next page.

Can I edit my order?
Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made within
the order. If you want to make a change in your order, the payment for your
order will be refunded by canceling your order before it is shipped. Then you
need to create a new order again. If your order has been shipped, you must send
the products to us with a return/exchange request.

many days I can receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 3 business days after your payment is
confirmed. During special days and weeks and public holidays, product
deliveries may be delayed by 1 to 3 days.
11. Is
Vat is included to basket amount?
All products prices are VAT included. You will see VAT
amount on invoice as mentioned with %8

is a long distance sales contract and preliminary information form?
These are legal texts designed to protect the consumer

can I cancel my order?
After placing your order on www.vaneda.com, if your product
has not been packaged yet, you can send us a cancellation request for your

We deliver our products via Yurtiçi Cargo. Likewise, you can

I can receive my cargo?
Once the payment for your order is approved, your product
will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days. After your product is
delivered to cargo, the delivery time varies between 1 and 3 days, depending on
your region. For detailed information about delivery times, you can call
Yurtiçi Kargo customer services at 444 99 99.
19. Do
you have delivery during National holiday dates?
Delivery is not made on public holidays.
20. Can
I change the recipient name of my order?
The recipient name given during the order cannot be changed
later.
21. My
order has been shipped, but I want to change the address. What should I do?
Once your order is delivered to cargo, its not possible
to change the address. In such cases,
you can get detailed information by calling Yurtiçi Kargo customer services at
444 99 99, depending on the delivery type you selected when placing your order.
22. What
should I do if my order arrived at my address when I was out ?
In cases where your orders cannot be delivered to you, a
note will be left by the cargo company you have chosen. You can contact the
cargo branch where your order was left mentioned in this note.

I pay my order during adress pick up receipt?

30. What
are product usage instructions?
v Suede & Nubuck Leather Usage Instructions
Ø Suede and nubuck leather boots should be combed in one direction with a suede brush. You can do this with a brush specially produced for suede and nubuck leather.
Ø If there are stains even after brushing, you can use a suede and nubuck eraser. After the wiping process is completed, you can spray your boots with suede and nubuck protection spray.
Ø If your boots have been exposed to rain or water, they should never be dried in an extremely hot place (near a fire, on a heater).
Ø Let boots dry at room temperature. After the boots are dry, you can brush and wipe them.
Ø Do not allow boots to come into contact with chemical materials in any way.
Ø Keep boots in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place when not in use.
v Leather Boot Usage Instructions
Ø With regular maintenance, you can use your products for longer. After use, clean your boots thoroughly with a clean cloth and let them dry at normal room temperature.
Ø Leather boots should never be dried in an extremely hot place (near a fire, on a heater). After the leather boots are cleaned and dried, a natural or matching polish should be applied to prevent the leather from drying out.
Ø Do not allow boots to come into contact with chemical materials in any way.
Ø Keep boots in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place when not in use.
31. What are general terms and warranty conditions?
Ø Do not wash your boots on washing machine. Do not allow your boots to come into contact with chemical materials in any way. Do not expose your boots to fire.
Ø The warranty period is 1 year by starting from the delivery date of the goods. All products sold are under the manufacturer's warranty. In case of any problems that are covered by the warranty for all products under warranty, the customer can contact the manufacturer.
Ø
Damages that occur when usage and maintenance
conditions are not taken into account, and applications made without submitting
an invoice are outside the scope of warranty.
